Two Minute Compassion

Our clinic keeps telling staff to make every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for, which sounds great until you look at the schedule and realize every visit is packed wall to wall. We are supposed to be warm, efficient, accurate, and never behind, all at the same time. The math does not work, so the guilt lands on staff instead.
