Table 12 Needs Ranch
I had six tables, the bar printer would not stop, and the kitchen was already behind. One guy at table 12 acted like I ruined his whole life because his side of ranch took too long. Then management pulled me aside about “guest perception” like the real issue was my face, not the fact we were drowning all night with half a staff. Amazing how the customer always sees one missing sauce cup but never the chaos behind it.
