Smile For The Customer
I work the front counter, and apparently I am supposed to be cheerful no matter what is happening. Customer comes in mad, talks to me like I personally ruined their day, and management still expects me to smile through it. If I look even a little frustrated after getting yelled at, suddenly I need coaching on “attitude.” Funny how customers can act however they want, but I have to be a robot.
