Redline Ping-Pong

I work in law and every draft turns into a game of redline ping pong. One attorney wants it more aggressive, another wants it softer, and a third jumps in at the last minute asking why it changed at all. Then everybody acts surprised that nothing goes out on time. It is hard to move fast when one document has six bosses and none of them agree.
