Open Availability For What

Retail management wants open availability like they are offering me some amazing opportunity instead of random shifts, no consistency, and last-minute schedule changes. I cannot plan anything, cannot pick up a second job, and somehow still do not get enough hours. They want full control of my time without actually paying for it.
