Office For Zoom

We got pushed back into the office “for collaboration,” but I spend most of the day on Zoom with people in other cities. Now I lose over an hour commuting just to sit in a loud room with headphones on, trying to hear the same calls I used to take from home without a problem. The funniest part is my manager still says we need more face time, even though nobody on my team is physically in the same place. It feels like I am commuting to the internet.
