Inventory Says Yes, Shelf Says No

Customer showed me the website on their phone and said it says we have the item in stock. Cool. The shelf says otherwise and the back room looks like a tornado hit it. Then they act like I am hiding it for fun while my manager tells me to delight the customer. I would love to delight the customer. First I need the product to exist in this dimension.
