For The Cause

Nonprofit life is weird because every reasonable complaint gets treated like a moral failure. If you say you are overloaded, suddenly someone reminds you how important the mission is. If you ask why three people are doing the work of seven, they start talking about dedication. I believe in the cause. I just did not realize believing in the cause meant never being allowed to be tired.
