Everyone Is A Priority

I work in admin support and every department swears their request is urgent, confidential, high priority, and needed immediately. If I ask which one actually comes first, nobody wants to answer that part. So I spend the whole day being behind on ten impossible things instead of finishing three real ones. Then at review time they call it a time-management issue.
